There's No Crying in Baseball

Last night was a playoff game for my softball game. We had a 5-1 record. We're not the biggest or strongest team, and we don't have the best girls on the team (very important in co-ed 12" softball), but we play smart ball and play the field well.
It was a close game and I was in a bad mood for most of it. I switched each inning between catching and playing 2nd, and the inning I caught there were 4 hits to the 2nd base area, they ALL made it to the outfield. There's nothing worse than when you want to yell at a teammate, especially when they make a bad play over and over. We only play for a hour because there's no lights on the field, and by the last inning we were down one run. Then the worse thing happened, two outs and I'm up to bat. I HATE that feeling. I hate everyone looking at me with the pleading eyes, I hate the little shouts of advice, "we don't need a homer, just a hit Bonnie!" So what do I do? I swing at the first pitch and it goes right to the first basemen. He touches first and there goes the season.

We're supposed to go out afterwards, to the bar that sponsors our team, I ditched the team, ditched the bar, I didn't trust myself to sit with my team. I know there's no crying in baseball, and since I got the last out of the game I couldn't yell at my teammates, but I wanted to. And this is softball... can you cry in softball?
